Almost all the women forget to see the makeup expiry date and apply it as they have it in their dressing table or in their beauty box. Expiry makeup has many side effects when it is applied on the skin. As you know makeup has different several chemicals in its composition and totally its chemistry consists on different elements. All the elements or the chemicals play their proper role for a proper time limit and after passing the time they lose their liveliness and become dead. Bacterial and some viral infections find a growth in this expiry chemicals and when they are applied on the skin then they leave a harmful impact on your skin. Your skin causes pimples and freckles on its surface. When first time skin becomes damage due to these pimples and freckles then it started turn into darkness. Allergic problems are produced on the epidermis of skin and then you rub it hardly and germs move from one place to another place even on whole the face. At last your entire face become rough due to your little mistake of carelessness. Women use the makeup but with cheap or expiry makeup they lose the natural complexion. They understand that they had bought new makeup and it is correct for usage but they forget that time of purchasing the makeup. However they may lose the beauty due to this expiry makeup. Remember carelessness is big enemy of your beauty.

HOW TO ENJOY PEACEFUL SLEEP

When we lay down on bed, we wish a peaceful and long sleep. But as we grow old, we get disturb for not enjoying sleep at all. Mostly people complain that they cant sleep at night. Due to this problem they remain restless and disturb. If this problem is not solved soon then it can become disease like insumenia. A normal healthy man fall asleep within 15 mints. If it does not happen then you should study any informative article before sleep or try these tips to bring sleep:
EXERCISE:
Exercise plays an important role in our life. We cant deny its importance. It keeps us physically fit and also brings good sleep at night. But best time of exercise is morning time. Never take exercise at night before sleep because it will keep you awake long.
AVOID DEPRESSION:
Nobody can claim that he has no tension in his life. It is almost with each of human being. So try to feel it less. Don’t irritate at useless or minor issues. Try to remain calm. A peaceful man with positive mind never complains of sleep.
BATH BEFORE SLEEP:
Take a bath before sleep. It is an excellent idea. It relaxes your body and mind both. But remember, never bath with cold water. It will refresh you. Use luke warm water.
MEAL BEFORE SLEEP:
Never eat to your heart fill before going to sleep. It will make you restless. Because your stomach takes time to digest food. It remains busy till complete digestion. So take dinner before two hours of sleep and enjoy one glass of hot milk to bring good sleep.
COMFORTABLE BEDROOM:
Keep your bedroom neat, clean, cool and comfortable. Don’t keep your t.v or computer in your bedroom. It can disturb your sleep. Don’t use bedroom for busy occasions such as parties, meetings etc.
All the above mentioned tips can surely be helpful for your good sleep.

PREVENTION FOR APPLYING EYE MAKEUP

In all the makeup the eye makeup is very sensitive and demands much care when it is being applied. Eye makeup has different kinds of chemicals including in it to make the eyes very beautiful and shiny. Simply you see the eye liner and eye mascara both have the carbon element in them and when they are applied on eyes then give a beautiful look but if you know about the factors which may harm your eyes and cause different eyes problems then you will estimate about its loss. But don’t hesitate to use it, you can survive from these harms if you apply the eye makeup carefully with full of attention. As for example when you apply the eye liner then avoid to apply it in the roots of eyes on both sides. Some women spread it in the eyes to make their eyes very dark and fully black beauty but if the liquid which they use if spread iside the eyes then it produce some unfavourable conditios which can damage your eyes badly. This liquid mostly consisits on a carbon black which is the crystallina allotropic form of the carbon and has some bad effects on eyes. The surface of ratina and cone cells of the eyes become rupture due to this carbon black and make them red. The eyes may be damage due to the loss of cone cells and ratina is also a sensitive part of the eyes which makes the image of the thing which we see. However it is essential for the eyes that the eye makeup should be used carefully. Some problems of the eyes due to this eye makeup may spread after a long time therefore always wash your eyes after using the eye makeup.

EXERCISE BEST & CHEAP WAY FOR FITNESS & SMARTNESS

Almost all the women become worry when a little piece of fat is appeared in their body at any place. They think now the stage of their ugliness is started. They become fat due to their own mistakes because they give no attention to their fitness when they were smart and when they become fat then think to vanish their fat of body. At that time it becomes so hard because we know that prevention is better than cure. And in the same way if they do a little care to themselves before reaching this position then they may succeed in their purpose. The exercise is the best way to maintain your fitness. Mostly women sleep after taking the meal or become lazy when they have eaten food. This laziness becomes their enemy. Gradually their smartness starts to lose and they move toward fatness. If they do proper exercise regularly then they can survive from this trouble. Exercise fits them at a level of smartness and becomes them active. As you will remain active then you will be able to maintain your fitness and smartness. Many women are afraid of to do exercise because they think it is too much hard to do and give it a name of tough assignment while it is all wrong. Don’t exercise by hard way such as weight lifting or running fast. Simply walking regularly is the best shape of exercise. WRINKLES CAUSES & SOLUTION

Getting old is quite natural and inevitable fact of life. But the signs of old age are never welcomed so easily and warmly by anyone whether he is a man or a woman. Here are some options which you can try out if you have become a victim of wrinkles.
Sunscreen:
Never forget to apply sunscreen on your face, neck and hands. Because sun is the major cause of wrinkles. Usually women forget to apply on hands and neck. They ignore these parts of body. While a dermatologist suggests use of sunscreen daily to face and neck.
Use of vitamin a creams:
Make a habit of using night cream which should contain vitamin a. it will stimulate collagen production and prevent skin cells to be broken down.
Women who are between 20 and 30 age period should use vitamin a products. You will notice the difference within 6 months. Its regular use will slow down the process of wrinkles.
Use of AHAs or microdermabrasion:
Women who are above 30 and are worried about their wrinkles should use AHAs once in a week or microdermabrasion. But never use both these options simultaneously. Women having oily or combination skin should go for chemicals exfoliators and women having very sensitive skin shoild opt for microdermabrasion. AHAs are helpful to increase the production of collagens and to reduce the pores size, redness and fine lines.

OLIVE OIL BEST FOR BEAUTY AND HEALTH

Olive oil and olives both are best for health. It enhances your beauty. If meal is prepared with it, it cleans veins. In Greece. People used to take bath with it. They used it as a soap which cleaned their all filth. In west olive oil is the main ingredient for all beauty products such as shampoo, bath oil, hand lotion, soap, massage oil etc. here are some tips of olive oil.
For beautiful hands: before sleep, apply olive oil on hands and then clean it with cotton. It will soften your hands.
For beautiful feet: Mix olive oil 8ts into 6 drops of lavender oil. Massage with it on your feet at night. It will relax you and make your feet soft too.
Soft lpis: apply olive oil daily on lips to make them soft.
To get rid of wrinkles: mix olive oil and lemon juice in equal quantity and massage it on wrinkle area.
Hair problems: massage with olive oil in hairs and leave them for 30mints then wash them with shampoo. It will save you from dandruff make them shiny long and thick. If you have thin hairs then apply this formula. Make a mixture of olive oil, egg yolk and lemon juice and wash hair with this mixture. Repeat it, if needed.
For shiny nails: if you have dull, dry and broken nails, then olive oil can help you. Keep your nails in olive oil for 30 mints. You will feel the change yourself.
For ever green skin: to produce moisture in dry skin, apply directly olive oil on dry areas. Make a mask with multani mud in olive oil and use it on face for 5 mints. Now wash it. Repeat it daily. You will see the difference yourself.
