3-   Physical exercise is a good tip to reduce the risk of dandruff.

4-   Some people do not take the importance of daily eating schedule. We should relieve yourself for further stress, avoid sickness and improved wellness.

5-   Many people do not seek medical help for the hair problem. In this case, dandruff is increasing in the hair. We should consort our doctor for immediate assistance.

6-   There are many hair product in the market these products are suitable to prevent dandruff. In this case, we should specific limit of hair products for preventing dandruff.

Remember that  these methods are all natural and safe to implement.

HAIR MASKS FOR DULL HAIRS

Hairs are damaged by harmful chemicals included in shampoos. Heat of blow gry also damage hairs.

WHAT IS HAIR MASK:

Hair mask actually protects hair from all the damages caused by blow drier,shampoo,styling or hair colors. It proves helpful in improving your hair condition. Different ingredients are included in mask which are effective for all hairs.

HAIR MASK FOR ALL TYPES OF HAIR:

• Banana and fruits play an important role in preparing hair mask. You can use any of these masks. Mix one spoon of oil in banana. Add yolk of an egg in this mixture. Massage it in your hairs. Use shower cap or plastic cover to hide your hairs. Leave hairs for one hour. Wash them with shampoo.
• Add one spoon of lemon juice in a banana. Include one egg and half cup of yoghurt in it. Mix them thoroughly. Apply it in hair. Use towel to cover your hair. Wait for 15 mints then wash them with shampoo.

MASK FOR DRY HAIR:

• Take two eggs and five spoons of olive oil. Mix them and apply it in hairs. Wait for 30 mints then wash them.

MASK FOR ROUGH HAIRS:

• Take a banana and nash it in few drops of almond oil. Apply this mixture in hairs. After 15 mints wash them.

MASK FOR CURLY HAIRS:

• Take half cup of mayonesse. Apply it in hairs.after 15 mints wash them as usual. Addition of almond oil in it will make it more effective.

Use of vinegar:

Use vinegar in hair roots. Leave them for 15 mints. Repeat this tip many times. It will remove dandruff from your hairs.

Don’t experience too many masks on your hairs. There are some masks which increase oil in your hair. But you should also know about your hair type. Shampoo should be used twice in a week.

KINDS OF SHAMPOO TO MAKE HAIRS SOFT & SILKY

As water is important for the life and growth of plants similarly shampoo is important for the life and growth of the hairs. There are different kinds of shampoos according to different types of hairs which can make your hairs soft, smooth, long, thick and clean.

Anti Dandruff Shampoo:
These shampoos are used to reduce dandruff from hair. Almost all the shampoos available in market, are anti dandruff shampoos but some companies make it their slogan to sale out their products.
Acid Balance Shampoo:
These shampoos are suitable for all types of hairs but especially effective for soft and light hairs but read the instructions carefully before using these shampoos.
Egg Shampoo:
Women having thin, dry and dull hairs must use egg shampoos. These are easily available in market but if these are not found near to your house then bring any simple shampoo and use it with egg. Always remember use little hot water for washing hairs with egg shampoos.
Conditioner Mix Shampoo:
To make hairs strong and healthy, different kinds of oils are included in shampoos. These oils are obtained from different herbs or plants. Such types of shampoos are suitable for all kinds of hairs.
Medicated Shampoo:
Medicated shampoo is made especially to care different kinds of hair problems. That’s why necessary medicines and chemicals are included in these shampoos. Always remember these shampoos are not suitable for each person. These shampoos should be used only on the prescription of registered doctors. If specific cream or gel is applied on the hairs after washing them with these shampoos then hairs become soft and bright. You can make any hair style with the usage of this cream or gel. If you are not using conditioner on your hairs then apply vinegar in wet hairs, but not in roots. Leave hairs open for few minutes then wash them again. In this way your hairs will become very soft and smooth than before.

EASY STEPS FOR HAIR LOSS RECOVERY

Hairs are the natural beauty which is awarded by God to us. Hairs play an important role to give you a unique style. You can make your personality if you have good healthy and stylish hair.

• Apply the suspension of fenugreek seeds and water on your scalp for the healthy hair.
